I’m Liz!

I’ve taught kids in Samoa, bungee-jumped in New Zealand, scuba-dived the Great Barrier Reef, and backpacked through the jungles of Belize but some of my favorite adventures happen at a dinner table. I dive into conversations, ask the hard questions, and riff until we’re laughing, sharing stories, or plotting the next wild idea. My dad—an avid golfer—calls me a clutch putter, thriving under pressure. My mom calls me a mother hen, keeping everyone happy and making sure they feel heard. Sure, they’re my parents, but I like to think they’re onto something.

I bring humility and perspective to make the big and messy feel solvable. My approach is grounded in empathy, and strengthened by collaboration, curiosity, and patience. I ask questions, speak up when it matters, and choose to be in rooms where I have the most to learn—because that’s when the real growth happens.

Every project, conversation, or adventure is like pulling up a chair to a new table. A chance to connect, laugh, learn, and leave things a little better than I found them. And I’ll always be ready for another round.
